Beer-A-Vent is an annual beer exchange between mates.

Everyone brings 24 identical craft beers. We mix them up, and everyone takes home a different beer to enjoy each day from 1 December through Christmas Eve.

No chocolate. Just good beer.

How it pours

Put your hand up

Returning participants get first dibs, then any remaining places open up. Your place is provisional until all 24 are committed.

Pick a unique beer

One craft beer nobody else is bringing and that hasn't featured in the last three years. Check it on the status page.

Bring one case of 24

Once the event is confirmed you'll get your number and instructions. Wrap all 24 identical beers and drop them off by 23 November.

Get a mixed case back

We swap them around. You collect 24 different beers, one from every participant, and from 1 December we open a different one each night at 7pm.
